A site everyone can use.

What we have done

• A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users jump past the top bar.
• Focus is always visible. Buttons and fields are at least 44 pixels tall.
• Every field has a label. Errors are written in words, not shown by colour alone.
• Tables have captions and row headings, and can be scrolled with the keyboard.
• You can sign with a typed name. Drawing a signature is optional.
• Animation is reduced if your browser asks for it.
• Text fits a phone screen without sideways scrolling.
