Fees

You pay either a fixed fee of up to ₹1,51,000 a year per family, or 1% a year of the assets we advise on (SEBI’s limit is 2.5%). See the fees page for details.

Conflicts of interest

  • The practice is paid only by the client, under the fee mode in the agreement.
  • It does not distribute securities or mutual funds, and it does not take commissions, trail or referral fees from product manufacturers for the clients it advises.
  • It does not hold client funds or securities, and it does not execute trades.
  • No associate who sells financial products is declared on this website. If that changes, the conflict will be disclosed here and in the client agreement before advice that could be affected.
  • Advice is prepared by the adviser. This website does not use an automated system to generate client-specific recommendations. The onboarding questions only record a risk profile for the adviser to review.

Suitability

  • No recommendation is made until a risk profile is on file.
  • The profile covers the client’s situation, the goal, the horizon, the capacity to bear a loss, and experience of market products.
  • Advice has to be suitable for that profile. A product that pays someone else more is not a reason to recommend it.
  • The profile is reviewed when the client’s situation changes, and at least once a year while the agreement is in force.
  • The client can see the profile result during onboarding and in the agreement acknowledgement.

Investor charter

Investor Charter for Investment Advisers, as published under SEBI’s circular of 13 December 2021 and updated by the June 2025 circular. Investment advisers must display the charter and, by the 7th of the next month, the complaint data in the prescribed format.

Services an investor may expect

  • Onboarding includes know-your-client checks and a written agreement before advice is given.
  • The agreement states the fee, how conflicts of interest are handled, and that client information stays confidential.
  • The adviser prepares a risk profile and gives advice that is suitable for that profile.
  • The adviser discloses affiliations, how the adviser is paid, and whether any tool, including an automated one, is used in a material way to produce advice.
  • The adviser keeps records of the advice and shares the investor charter at onboarding.

Rights of investors

  • To receive advice in a fiduciary capacity, with the client’s interest ahead of the adviser’s.
  • To know the fees before agreeing, and to be charged only within the limits SEBI sets.
  • To a risk profile that is explained, and to recommendations that suit it.
  • To confidentiality of information shared for the advice.
  • To a clear route for complaints, with the status of complaints published on this website.
  • To approach SCORES and, after that, the online conciliation and arbitration platform, if the complaint is not resolved.

What the adviser is responsible for

  • Acting in a fiduciary capacity and disclosing conflicts when they arise.
  • Signing an agreement that covers fees, conflicts and confidentiality, and giving the client a copy.
  • Doing a proper and unbiased risk profile and suitability assessment.
  • Not taking custody of securities or funds, and not promising returns.
  • Disclosing, on the website, the name, registration type and number, validity, address, telephone and the associated SEBI office.
  • Publishing the status of complaints, and completing the annual compliance audit.

Do

  • Check the registration number INA000021836 on the SEBI register of investment advisers, and confirm the name matches.
  • Read the agreement, the fee and the conflict disclosure before you pay.
  • Answer the risk profile honestly. Suitable advice depends on it.
  • Keep a copy of the agreement and of the advice you receive.
  • Pay fees only through a banking channel.
  • Complain first to the adviser, in writing. If that does not resolve it, use SCORES.

Do not

  • Do not share the login to a trading, demat or bank account with the adviser. A registered investment adviser does not need it.
  • Do not transfer money meant for investments into the adviser’s account. The adviser does not take custody of funds.
  • Do not treat a conversation, a message or a social-media post as advice. Advice under the agreement is what counts.
  • Do not expect a guaranteed, assured or indicative return.
  • Do not ignore a risk profile that no longer matches your situation. Ask for it to be redone.

Grievance handling and timelines

  • Stage 1. Write to the adviser. The practice acknowledges the complaint and resolves it within 21 calendar days.
  • Stage 2. If you are not satisfied, or the timeline is missed, lodge the complaint on SCORES. The first review is with the supervisory body, BSE Limited as IAASB. SEBI can take a second review.
  • Stage 3. If you are still not satisfied, use the SMART ODR platform for online conciliation or arbitration.
  • A complaint can also be sent in physical form to SEBI’s Office of Investor Assistance and Education in Mumbai.
  • Complaint statistics on this website follow the monthly format SEBI prescribes, including complaints received directly, through SCORES and from other sources, those pending more than three months, and the average time to resolve.

Risk warning

  • Investments in securities are subject to market risk. You can lose money.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • No one can promise or guarantee returns. Be careful of anyone who does, even if they use our name.

Use of tools

Advice for you is never produced by an automatic tool. The onboarding questions only record your risk profile so the adviser can review it. They are not a suggestion to buy or sell anything.
